I am a doctoral-level therapist in marriage and family therapy and graduate student in history and philosophy. My specialties include internal conflict, existential crisis, grief, spirituality, life transitions, major depression, sexuality, and family/marital conflict such as infidelity, divorce, and separation.
I work with your inner self as a reflection of your external path and current relationships. My role is to provide a safe space as a neutral ally for the uncovering of what may be unconscious to you or possibly difficult to talk about.
My theoretical framework includes psychoanalysis, psychodynamic counseling, object relations therapy, and hypnotherapy. I also work with couples and families to cultivate communication, work through conflict, recover from relationship mistrust and develop greater intimacy.
